  • Standard Pack (€1,500): Enhanced functionality with e-commerce capabilities and CMS
  • Advanced Pack (€2,500): Complete solution with mobile/desktop applications
  • Premium Pack (€3,500): Enterprise-level features with CRM integration and analytics

Additional Services

  • Custom API integrations
  • Advanced security implementations
  • Performance optimization
  • Ongoing maintenance and support
  • SEO and digital marketing services
Service Scope: Each package includes specific features as outlined in our service descriptions. Additional features may incur extra charges and will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

3. Ordering Process

Order Placement

Orders are placed through our website's project creation system. You must:

  • Create an account or log in to an existing account
  • Select your desired service package
  • Provide detailed project requirements
  • Review and confirm your order details
  • Complete the initial payment (deposit)

Order Confirmation

Upon successful order placement and payment, you will receive:

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Koda Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with full refund if payment has been processed.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment Structure

All projects require a split payment structure:

  • Deposit: 50% of total project cost due upon order confirmation
  • Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon project completion

Pricing Information

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude VAT
  • VAT (20%) will be added to the final invoice for EU customers
  • Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders
  • Additional features requested after project start may incur extra charges

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe, including:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers (for enterprise clients)

Refund Policy

  • Before Development Starts: Full refund available
  • During Development: Partial refund based on work completed

Late Payments: Projects may be suspended if final payment is not received within 30 days of completion. Additional fees may apply for project reactivation.

5. Development Process

Development Phases

  4. Review & Revisions: Client feedback and adjustments
  5. Launch: Final deployment and go-live support

Revisions and Changes

  • Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds
  • Major scope changes may affect timeline and pricing
  • All change requests must be submitted through the project dashboard
  • We'll provide cost and time estimates for additional work
Communication: Regular updates will be provided through your project dashboard and email notifications. You can track progress and communicate with our team at any time.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

Content and Materials

  • Providing all necessary content (text, images, videos) in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all provided content is original or properly licensed
  • Reviewing and approving designs and functionality promptly
  • Providing access to necessary third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.)

Communication and Feedback

  • Responding to project updates within 72 hours
  • Providing clear, constructive feedback on deliverables
  • Attending scheduled meetings and calls
  • Maintaining active communication throughout the project

Legal and Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtaining necessary permits or licenses for their business
  • Providing accurate business and contact information
  • Respecting intellectual property rights
Project Delays: Delays in providing required materials or feedback may extend project timelines. Extended delays (over 30 days) may result in project cancellation with partial refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership Rights

Upon full payment of all project fees:

  • Client owns all custom code and design elements created specifically for their project
  • Client receives full source code and design files
  • Client may modify, distribute, or transfer the completed work

Retained Rights

Koda Company retains rights to:

  • Generic code libraries and frameworks used in development
  • Methodologies, processes, and know-how
  • Use completed projects in our portfolio (with client permission)
  • Derivative works for improving our services

Third-Party Components

  • Third-party plugins, themes, or services remain property of their respective owners
  • Client is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for third-party components
  • We will inform clients of any licensing requirements
Portfolio Usage: With your permission, we may showcase completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes. We will not disclose sensitive business information without explicit consent.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranties

Koda Company warrants that:

  • Services will be performed with professional skill and care
  • Delivered websites will function according to agreed specifications
  • All work will be free from major defects for 30 days after delivery
  • We will correct any bugs or issues at no additional cost during the warranty period

Limitations

Our warranties do not cover:

  • Issues caused by client modifications or third-party changes
  • Compatibility problems with future software updates
  • Performance issues due to hosting or server limitations
  • Damage caused by malware, hacking, or security breaches

Disclaimers

Important: Beyond the warranties stated above, all services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability Limits

Koda Company's total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption (clients should maintain backups)
  • Third-party actions or services
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Client Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Koda Company harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Client's use of the delivered website or application
  • Content provided by the client
  • Client's business operations or practices
  • Violation of third-party rights by client

10. Termination

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate projects at any time with written notice. In such cases:

  • Client will be charged for work completed up to termination date
  • Partial refund may be available based on remaining work
  • Client will receive all work completed to the termination date
  • Final payment terms will be negotiated based on project status

Termination by Koda Company

We may terminate projects if:

  • Client fails to provide required materials for over 30 days
  • Payment terms are not met
  • Client violates these terms and conditions
  • Project requirements violate laws or our ethical standards

Effect of Termination

  • All work stops immediately upon termination
  • Outstanding invoices become due immediately
  • Both parties' obligations cease except for payment and confidentiality
  • Survival clauses remain in effect (intellectual property, liability, etc.)

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

Data Collection and Use

  • We collect only necessary information to provide our services
  • Personal data is used solely for project delivery and communication
